Food Philosophy
A food philosophy is something we use to guide our own food choices. Whenever people ask us what our food philosophy is, we always find it hard to answer because we would eat anything as long as it’s delicious. Our food philosophy is all about balance and nourishing your body with whole delicious foods.
We are real foodies and find it very hard to only choose one way of eating but we believe in eating whole nutritious foods. We always try to eat nutrient-dense foods that are full of flavor. That’s also what BEND is about, eating balanced, easy, nutritious and delicious foods. We mostly try to make food from scratch at home and when eating meat, eggs, and dairy we try to stick to good quality organic products.

Food is our thing and we love it so much that we never want to stop creating delicious and nutritious recipes. Motivating people on their healthy journey and educating and helping them nourish themselves from the inside out in any way that I can along the way is winning to Nutritional Advisor, Lizelle. Her vision is healthy bodies and lifestyles where all people thrive through the transformative power of food and nutrition.
