5-DAY GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE

Welcome to my 5-Day Green Smoothie Challenge!

It’s no secret – I absolutely love green smoothies and juices! Not only are they delicious and refreshing but they’re nutritious and full of important nutrients.

If you want to join in the fun you can! The challenge is to drink ONE green smoothie a day for 5 days. It can be your breakfast, a snack, dinner, dessert, etc— whatever works best for YOU and your awesome lifestyle. You can still enjoy your regular meals, caffeine fix, and the occasional sweet treats. The rules are simple: make a smoothie everyday for five days that includes a big handful of greens (spinach, kale, swiss chard, whatever greens you like!) together with other delicious and healthy ingredients.

When you pack this much nutrition—all of these vitamins, minerals, all of the phytonutrients, and the flavonoids that are packed with antioxidants—into a single glass, it impacts you on a cellular level. The smoothie recipes below are packed with fiber, which improves your digestion and contributes to healthier weight loss. And they’re full of high levels of vitamin C and copper, which aid collagen production and tissue repair-it’s also what will improve the quality of your skin tone. The recipes are just a guideline for you which means you can always swap out ingredients with your favorite alternatives. The recipes below serve 1.

I believe smoothies have a place in any healthy diet: They can help you get an extra serving of veggies, give you a protein boost and score you vitamins that might be otherwise missing from your diet.
